In this part, our heroes solve puzzles in the cargo room. Here, Junpei learns that Ace has prosopagnosia, and our heroes find a gun in a coffin. They decide to leave the gun where it is, instead of taking it with them.
Our heroes then a small chapel, which contains two Number Nine doors. Hooray! This means they can all leave together! ...Or does it?
It appears Clover has gone missing. Our heroes search for her, and they find Clover's corpse in the First Class Cabin. A note in Clover's hand contains a clue that lets Junpei unlock the safe in here, which could not be unlocked previously. Inside the safe is a letter from Zero.
Junpei puts a lot of information together, and he determines who killed Clover. In grand dramatic style, Junpei explains everything to the group, while secretly tricking the culprit into revealing himself. The culprit is Ace, who murdered Clover, as well as an unknown person who was wearing Snake's clothes. Ace also tricked the Ninth Man into getting himself killed.
Cornered with Junpei's proof, Ace pulls out the gun and holds Lotus hostage. June faints, and Santa stays behind to help her as Seven and Junpei try to follow Ace. Sadly, Ace manages to make a clean getaway through one of the Number Nine doors.
All is not lost, however, as Seven gets the clever idea of opening the coffin inside the chapel, using the same code which opened the safe in First Class. Junpei follows the suggestion, and they find Snake.
