How to move on after a bad stream? Well first of all bad streams happen to everyone (partners, seasoned pro streamers and new streamers alike) so don't feel like you are alone. What to do after a bad stream? How to be confident when streaming - how to be confident while streaming?
Take a break and go do something fun, there's plenty of time to come back and review later. How to deal with stream anxiety is a skill you practice by both streaming and taking regular breaks, identifying your strengths and giving yourself a structure that allows you to grow in confidence and community but manage the pressures. You can fix a bad stream, half the battle is your mental approach to twitch and adapting to the demands of carving out your own niche for your channel. Turn off stats to stream - focus on content and viewers and stop looking at stats - it takes brain space and energy away from what's important - your content.
When it comes to mental health and streaming, it can be really easy to be super hard on yourself and think it's all your fault - but this could not be further from the truth - it's impossible for anyone to guarantee a good stream! When a stream goes wrong - Dealing with a bad stream can be tricky, anything can happen and lots of factors our outside of your control! Small streamer mistakes can be easy to make but are there to be learned from and you can review the bad stream and learn what worked and what didn't so you can try new ideas next time. Healthy streaming is essential but can often be overlooked when trying to stream as much as possible and get those initial steps to building a community. Learn from bad streams - there is always a takeaway, things to try or to tick off the try list and looking at the next thing - it is NEVER wasted time!
Plan and prepare topics in advance for chat, potentially have backup games to play and give yourself plenty of breaks to help with stream anxiety. Twitch mental health can be an absolute minefield if you pressure yourself to grow too quickly and dealing with social anxiety and a bad stream aftermath can be crucial in developing your confidence and focusing on the content and not the numbers or changing stats. Coping with a bad stream is easier if you give yourself a break and time to think.

Review after you've had a chance to recharge before moving forward and outline new things to try.
