Bajaj Auto to cut 50% salaries amid strict lockdown in Aurangabad?
4The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly impacted many fields and has also brought in a hold on the functioning of economic activities especially in the automobile sector.
Baja Auto said that it will bring in pay cuts if the lockdown is imposed in Waluj Plants in Aurangabad. There will be no wage cut off for COVID-19 positive employees or those who are quarantined. It also says that the employees need to be on duty on July 8-9 & even the first-day post lockdown. The notice of a 50% salary cut has been already sent to all its employees.
