It's Day 11. We've been cursed since last episode and haven't found a way to get rid of it yet. I was hoping Withers would help out, but he didn't offer any Remove Curse assistance 😕. Well, after fretting about it, turns out all we needed was a good night's rest. I'm not used to curses wearing off after a long rest, seemed too easy 🤷🏻♀️
We finally helped Karlach with her quest and looted the vault below. There was a puzzle down there that I actually figured out and it made me so happy 😊.
Next, we came across some burning buildings that we tried to loot from, but the heat was too much; my greedy dwarf heart cried a little.
We reached LEVEL 5!! My little party is getting pretty strong now 💪🏻.
I switched out Karlach for Lae'zel since we were about to do her quest, but she turned shy during the conversation with her people 🤷🏻♀️. Going through the mountain pass said to tie up loose ends so we backtracked and went to the Underdark instead.
We barely set foot in and saving the rest for tomorrow. I gotta sleep 🥱
Playthrough Details:
I have fond memories of playing BG and BG2 back when they first came out. I haven't read or watched any guides or spoilers for BG3 so it's a fresh start going into the game. There will be a learning curve and it will be slow going, but let's enjoy the ride!
