It’s not all doom and gloom for both creators and fans. Taking to Twitter, Vincke made sure to note some good news for those invested in Baldur’s Gate 3. While the development of the game has slowed down, it “keeps on progressing,” and the devs still expect to reach Early Access this year.
An Early Access title may not be what most fans want, but at least it’s something to hold on to. Larian Studios has proven itself quite adept at creating wonderful roleplaying experiences. Baldur’s Gate 3 will likely be one of those successes as well. We just have to wait for everything to come together.
