Baldur's gate been in early access for quite a while (2 years) and is not comming out anytime soon. At least not this year, but we probably will see it in 2023. Larian mentionned during their last panel from hell that they were soon leaving development stage of the game and entering the polishing stage which leaves a few months of polish and marketing ahead of us.
With this being said, I'm assuming baldur's gate 3 would release around august/october 2023 giving them a lot of free marketing with all the summer game expos talking about the game and a good release date since it would be around the 3rd year anniversary of early access.
