No, I don't talk, sorry, this is more a "jump though, see it done" sort of thing.

Notes:
1: Use 'Hold Monster' spells and scrolls to get the dragon out of the fight.
(There is an achievement for killing the dragon)

If you want / need the Hidden "Leave no one behind" achievement* do NOT summon Zevlor's hellriders. If any of them die in the fight you won't get the achievement.
*(Save every tiefling refugee you can throughout the game in a single playthrough.)

2: Area spells like Hunger of Hadar and chain lightning are great.

3: If you went again the Emperor (as I did here), take him out first.

4: The other illithid need taking out next. At the start go left (or right, perhaps) and work your way around the edge, focusing on the illithid, with AoE for the dragon, Emperor and any other side threats.

5: Activate the crown and have your party jump in

6: Move in close and nuke the brain. Disintergrate scrolls all around!
