Baldur's Gate 3 Safely killing cursed skulls (etc) in Lady Jannath's estate
1tldr; Spam fire blast cantrip
Just how do you navigate Lady Jannath's estate?
The answer is one step at a time, carefully.
The first threat is possesed candelabras, the ones glowing an ominous dark red. Just hit them from a distance with a bolt or cantrip. This releases the angry tormented soul. By now you should be able to deal with these is a single round.
Next are the poltergeists, especially in Lady Janneth's bedroom. You can use a 'See Invisible' elixer, but then you realise the house is full of them, and they are angry that you can see then...
Best way I found (in Lady Jannath's room) is to just drop AoE spells like Cloud of Daggers and Spirit Guardian where you last saw them. And or make atacks in the general area and hope to hit them. Mostly I ignore them!
(As how do you subdue Oscar Fevras in his possessed state? Well, that question is answered in another of my short videos. OK, fine, use 'non- lethal' attack)
The tricky one's though are the cursed skulls who thunder blast if if go aywhere near them. Well, that are passive otherwise and weak vs fire and force. So, at range, just spam fire blast until you get a crit and move on to the next one.
I didn't capture the event, sadly, but in trying to destroy one cursed skull I kept missing, which I thought was strange. Then a poltergeist dropped 'dead' in front on my target.
