Hello everyone. This video is meant to help anyone having trouble with the last boss fight of Baldur's Gate Siege of Dragonspear, Belhifet.
The first time(s) you do this encounter, it's not really obvious some of the things that are happening so I try to explain how to best approach the situation and also give some hints in terms of strategy from personal experience.

Small tl;dr about what you need for this fight:
1. Buff late in the elevator (after third wave of demons come), otherwise you risk losing your buffs.
2. Make sure you have your fighters equipped with +3 enchanted weapons or, if you don't have such weapons, an arcane caster that can cast "Enchanted weapon" on your fighters (there is a scroll for this spell in the keep before you enter the demon plane) and have +3 enchanted arrows if you use archers.
3. Avoid or minimize impact of Belhifet's initial Dispel Magic barrage (sacrificial lamb or Spell Immunity: Abjuration)
4. Having a way to dispel invisibility helps.
