This is how I completed this fight on my 2nd play on tactician difficulty . Best thing about this game fights always play a bit different.

Don't miss the Drow that gets first gets charmed and kill for a weapon part. It can be missed if you don't.

Other drow will be chamed but if you can hit them they will attack the boss. They may still be enemy after it goes down.

Cheese if you got someone with the strength the good old push off the edge. It has an amazing locket that has two of it abilities so would not recommend.

In my fight Karlach is a beast she crits and managed to get a decent stun on it. This let me get lots of damage in. A pot of speed would be great as well.
