Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins!!!!!

~Ingredients~
🔸 114g Unsalted Butter (Softened)
🔸 130g Sugar
🔸 2 Large Eggs (Lightly Beaten, Room Temperature)
🔸 3 Bananas (Very Ripe, Mashed)
🔸 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
🔸 190g Plain Flour
🔸 1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
🔸 Pinch of Salt
🔸 200g Chocolate Chip
~Method~
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 175C.
2️⃣ In a small bowl, sift together the Flour, Bicarb Soda and Salt and set aside.
3️⃣ In another smaller bowl, mash the Bananas.
4️⃣ In a large bowl, cream together the Butter and Sugar. Then gradually add in the Beaten Eggs mixing super well. (Go on... Add the elbow grease! 🤣)
5️⃣ Add in the Mashed Bananas and Vanilla Extract and again, mix super well until everything is blended.
6️⃣ Gradually add in the Flour & Bicarb Soda & Salt until everything is combined.
7️⃣ Fold in the Chocolate Chips.
8️⃣ Divide the batter up so that you end up with 12 muffins, also add a little more Chocolate Chips on top as a little garnish.
9️⃣ Bake in the oven for around 20~25 minutes, or until everything is golden brown and when the muffin is poked with a toothpick it comes out clean.
🔟 Once out of the oven, cool in the muffin pan for around 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
Finally... ENJOY!!!!
