According to an interview in 2022, BAND-MAID was on the verge of disbanding but then they released Thrill and it went viral!

THRILL is one of my favorite songs. It's the song that go my into the band. Sure, Thrill is not their most complex song and it's not a song they wrote, but it still has special place for me.
