I've tried playing this game on dreamcast recently but the US version refuses to boot in 60 hz no matter what, while PAL version CAN boot in 60 hz BUT it has some audio issues.
However it seems as tho the game is not frame timed, which allows it to play at intended speed even in 50 hz.
BTW I did not crop the image just to show what I get on the screen, I specifically set the PAL output so it comes with vertical borders to fix the horizontal squishing, which results in correct aspect ut bordered image.
