I'm officially banned from every Battlefield 4 server by PunkBuster. Expand for full story.
Okay, so I was playing BF4 regularly till the 2/8, after that I went on a vacation for 10 days. After coming back home, I tried playing a game on the 15/8 and then I received the global ban message. At first I thought it was some standard PB issue, so I reinstalled it, updated it and whatnot, but nope, I was globally banned. I submitted my appeal on the same day, sent them an e-mail as well a few days later. Got a reply on the 19/8 included in the video (0:50). Just an automated reply if you ask me, explaining nothing. I also contacted EA support live chat on the 18/8 to see if my account had been accessed by someone else. I asked multiple times to confirm the account is completely secure and it was, of course. On the 19/8 I also figured I could still play on some servers (around 8), no idea how. Replied to Even Balance on the 19/8 asking for more info on why exactly was I banned. Also explaining that I record all of my gameplay, that I contacted EA support and that no one has access to my account, that I have 2000 hours in this game, that I'm not an idiot etc. 1:06 was the reply. I contacted EA support later on the 27/8 to see if they could get me a new account because the ban was an absolute joke, they couldn't. Contacted Even Balance again on the 27/8 just to be sure that the cinematic tools didn't get me banned and they said that wasn't the issue. I played my last game on the 24/8, I couldn't play on any server afterwards.
