I went on some AWFUL severs that didn't hesitate to ban me after I joined and said "hi". It got so bad that I had to go to 4 of these servers IN A ROW that banned me instantly before I got to a single decent server. I then got to a server which I got an opportunity to apply for staff and I used it to fill out a funny joke application (I still do want staff though but I submitted that to find out if it's really easy to get staff).
