Basic stroke series (Part 3 of 8): OVERTURN STROKE

~ ~ ~

DESCRIPTION: Learn the importance of the overturn stroke and how to create it. Start at the baseline. Create a thin upstroke. Curve slightly as you approach the waistline. After touching the waistline with your hairline stroke, begin making your way down to the baseline. Gradually increase pressure to create a thick downstroke and then end with full pressure at the baseline.
