Protocol 10, the plan to kill everyone locked up in Arkham City has begun and Batman must now hurry to Wonder Tower where Strange is holed up to stop this madness before it's too late to beat up any more TYGER guards.

The chopper part always annoys me. I don't know or remember if the right chopper with the codes is random, set or dictated by how many other choppers you've scanned, so I decided to scan a few around me that I suspected were wrong ones just to be safe. I'm fairly certain it's set, though. The choppers seem to have fairly long flight patters, some even overlapping each other, so that might cause confusion, but to me it looks like it's always the same one.
