So it turns out that there do in fact exist capture points for all facilities, in all the Skirmish maps. However, for the facilities you can't capture, their flags have been despawned by a script. In this video, I have modified the script to not despawn them AND I have moved the flags to where they can be captured. You can see the results are quite fascinating (though I've accidentally placed one of the flags inside a fence because moving stuff is hard...) And they function 100% perfectly! The only thing missing are radio messages for capturing them, which can't be that hard to implement.

Unlike the Melee mod, which I have tested online, I have yet to test this online. Already it's annoying to boot the level with Riivolution because to edit scripts, you have to edit the RES files, which are the biggest ones, and modifying one makes the load time for the level triple. Seriously, it takes a full minute to load this. Still, I'll upload my edits so you can try them out yourself.
