Another test video for a character audition, for our up coming Battle Network mega video series. This is for the always faithful Gutsman.exe, the trusty power house tank Navi operated by Dex, whom is Lan's best friend.
Two people auditioned for this role, Mr. Wrestling and Enrique Rico. the part is for sure going to Enrique, but I wanted to show both takes. There is their original audio as well as a take after applying some voice effects and filters to it to try and make the voices sound more computerized. Turned out great, and Enrique will be a fun voice for Gutsman going forward.
Also that is actually his normal voice, no changes made to it for that first take for Enrique. He's got a unique sounding deep voice naturally, which makes him perfect for characters like this.
