If someone do not have Ironclad not a problem if he have Icebreaker fleet with charge armor or without charge armor it works the same.
You can kill easy a full Draconian Uranium Base in 10 minutes with 2 hours and 30 minutes damage
Icebreakers have high explosive defense sure is weak at ballistics damage but have high speed and with medium or high evade most shots missing the target. About the Scatter gun in the center of the base you can easy pass with high speed so u not been hit and do not need to use someone a small pinch. Is just 5 coins repairs or u can waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes if you are not a coiner. For the Icebreakers without charge armor the damage is little more 3 hours and 30 minutes.
