If you exit a level above a boat, the self-destruct animation gets cancelled, and the game makes you invincible, since you are not supposed to get killed during this time.

This disable the ability to grab walls (exept goo), get hurt and get knocked back.

Clearing a level in this state will count as if you only quit the level, and not improving a mark if you should get a better one (or even get one).
