As requested by a member of T9's BF1 Community.

How did I do it? I positioned myself in a spot which cut off their advance onto delta from the Spawn point provided by the Heavy Tank.

Then my team captured all of the Flags and it was mostly smooth sailing from there. Admittedly, its easier to do well when your team is winning by a blowout but I had a few close calls.

I was lucky to get a tam that took the Behemoth seriously and were able to take it out quickly, its usually the biggest threat on Amiens in general. Plus it helped that it just sat there taking all of the ordinance even though both its mortars were knocked out :P

Having the momentum, we were easily able to trap them in thier 'gimme' two flags.

Shoutout to the SPED guys for rage-quitting and making my job easier.
