Main point of the video is to present gameplay that shows that the G900 is a mouse with the 3366 sensor in it that performs as it should even when used wirelessly.

All footage was recording while using the G900 in wireless mode. No idea what I had the sensitivity set to at the time but the DPI was at one of the default steps of 800 and the polling rate was 1000Hz. It was an early build of the mouse so I couldn't change or configure the settings and I'm normally used to a 500Hz polling rate so that is why I over corrected so many times.

Side note: Polling rates are personal preference, in the end one isn't better than the other all across the board so it comes down to what is most comfortable to you when using the mouse.

A few thoughts on the mouse:

*It's expensive but that is the price you pay for the wireless feature. Other wireless mice from Razer and Steelseries were priced the same at launch sometimes more so it's not really a surprise to see the G900's price.

*It's lighter than the G502. Considering how much hardware is packed into it I'm still surprised at how low they got the weight.

*The shape and textures on the sides of the mouse are more comfortable to me when compared to the aggressive textured triangles that are on the side of the G502 ( do enough swipe tests and that stuff is like sandpaper ).

*It's an ambi mouse setup in such a way that you don't have to worry about miss-clicking or touching the buttons on the other side of the mouse because it allows you to cover them up with included accessory pieces using magical technology ( magnets ).

*It comes with a wire that can be used to charge the mouse or run it as wired with the wireless feature turned off.

*It's Logitech so while the price is up there it should last a lot longer than other mice being produced these days.

*There is some left to right play in the mouse1 and mouse2 buttons that I'm pretty sure is the result of the pivot system used for those buttons. Like tightening the lug nuts to secure a tire if it isn't tight enough the tire wobbles and eventually breaks off. Tighten it like you're supposed to and it's secure however in the case of a mouse button that would mean you couldn't move the plastic part of the button itself up or down, it would likely stick.

*I believe the sensor position isn't centered correctly. It's centered for the very bottom of the mouse however that bottom is recessed from the upper part of the shell where the hand makes contact. Too me it feels a little off balanced because of it but that is me being picky.

*Wireless mode takes some getting used to for anyone who has played with a wired mouse for a long time. Having so much freedom to move was the hardest thing to adjust to.

*One could make the argument that this is a better version of the G502. I think they had to separate it though from that mouse so it didn't become obsolete. Which is where the wireless feature comes in. It's overkill for anyone who has played videos games for a long period of time using wireless mice but there seems to be a market for it so Logitech have gone and made what is probably the best one available for that type of user.

I believe it's full name is Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum.

Pictures of the mouse and internals will be linked in this description later.
