Battlefield 6 Update - DICE considers Clans, Battle Pass, dynamic maps, and Free 2 Play mode
1A lot is riding on Battlefield 6, with our predictions of Battlefield V being doomed unfortunately coming true for the many many bugs, absolute lack of sales, and general forgetfulness in the industry despite the high quality engine and feel eventually being polished to an impressive "looking" but bland feeling result.
As we've previously reported, Battlefield 6 is rumored to be Next-Gen and PC only, focused mainly on a 64 versus 64 player game mode. This could be a signal of marking the title's return to its roots where although it had less players during the Battlefield 1942 days, it felt like a full-scale war with such a variety of moment to moment actions and a fine balance accomplished by the original DICE members at the time.
