Never played Bayonetta when it was originally launched. Never heard of it till it hit Steam.

Bayonetta features a sexy heroine with legs that keep going and a sharp, sexy, seductive face to match. It's also an action game, though so far I played 4 minutes of the 45 so far. It's a fair number for a Japanese "game".

How is it better than Mass Effect Andromeda? It wasn't written by a team of SJW's who care only about making scientifically inaccurate points. It's a Japanese game that only cares to entertain, and it pulls it off phenomenally well.
