339Hey Friends! In this "Trigger Problem" Video we're discussing a matter regarding several design choices they made in regards to the newest Stun Agent, Trigger. I think Trigger will be a Good agent regardless, but i think this is definitely worth talking about. And the video is made with the simple intent of just making people aware so that you all can make an informed decision.
In the video i focus around the issue that we, yet again. Are getting an agent that's completely lacking an engine for their speciaility with the stats that they need. And then also having crucial parts of the agents kit quite severely reduced because there is No way reach the treshold outside of gambling on an engine banners where we risk at 25% chance of losing.
For an engine that is most likely going to end up being Extremely niche and useable really only on one agent for the foreseeable future.
That paired up with the fact that massive buffs to Trigger core gimmick (Aftershock) is locked to a Hypercarry makes for a bit of a spicy situation.
The video was made with a sole intent of just informing you all about this situation so You can make a more informed decision where to spend your pulls. And seeing as we're getting closer to the 2.0 we have to think wiesly where to spend our resources.
I am super excited about Trigger. But i wish there was more accessible options in terms of engine and i am worried that lacking engine and any team that doesn't have Sanby she is going to feel somewhat underwhelming in comparison. And in my opinion we shouldn't Need the signature engine to get more than 50% value out of a new agents Additional Ability
