If there is a game out there that has realistic damage physics, then that game is called BeamNG.drive. Rigs of Rods has very similar physics, however it is very bugged and extremely hard to install and play, BeamNG is more user friendly and has support for controller (such as pc 360 controller, steering wheels..etc).
Every car game should have physics like that.
