Solid engine design is a big part of creating a successful car in Automation. The game gives you the opportunity to build your own engines from scratch; from the engine configuration, over the valvetrain design, to the fuel system and detailed turbocharging systems. Many design changes even affect the engine sound.
Compromises and challenges abound, do you need the smallest and cheapest engine possible for a budget mini-car or a no-expense-spared twin-turbo beast for your next supercar? There are literally quadrillions of possible engines to design. (We counted..)
All these features are already available right now in the current release, with lots more engine types coming soon.
CUT-THROAT TYCOON GAMEPLAY

Another bug-fix update.
Hello everyone! I have another bug-fix update for you.
This time we have ten bug fixes, one of which is an exploit fix. We also have two gameplay changes, one of which may harm your company if you solely rely on racing contracts. And two engine changes, one of which allows you to increase GUI scaling to triple the normal size.
In other news,
Work continues on GearCity documentation, but my primary focus is on the next product, AeroMogul. It is progressing well, and we have already shown off a few sneak peeks to Feature Bounty contributors.

Soft-body physics
The BeamNG physics engine is at the core of the most detailed and authentic vehicle simulation you’ve ever seen in a game.
