Bearer of ill Tidings S1 Pt3 Barok Plays Nioh NG+
0This is a bit of a jump in difficulty in new game plus considering it's all the way in Sekigahara but I like a bit of surprise. Especially when it's a higher rated difficulty. This place has a lot of surprised from the regular variant, including a new mini boss.
No longer is Onryoki the mini boss, instead it's Joro-Gumo along with her babies, and numerous oni-bi. It sounds monstrous, and it can be overwhelming if you let it. Stay on the move though and it's not bad. Killing the adds makes it easier but remember to pay attention to her new moves.
She can stand on her front legs and smash down under her dealing HEAVY damage. Like 3/5 of my health damage. This one shots most players with less armor and health so don't be greedy! It kills most hosts I run with. Also she can jump and land on you, again, dealing heavy damage. Be careful of positioning here, and try not to let yourself be hit with webs from the little spiders.
As for the boss, he's the same as ever. Little health, loves chucking bombs, and grabbing you. Stay on the offensive and don't let up. If you're having trouble, throw a kunai or shuriken when he's in the air. An axes high stance strong attack will work as well in knocking him in the ground for a final blow.
