Beastieball (Hot Take) a let down of game that wants to focus on politics instead of escapism
2I am going to be posting my opinion about this game. Its going to make some people very mad. However they shouldnt be. Its okay to not to like the same things, to have your own opinions and disagreements. That doesnt make you an enemy or bad person. It also means you can not ever be friends with that person. Too many people have forgotten this.

This game had potential to be something great. However it flopped like a fish out of water. In this day in age games can no longer be about fun. Games are not allowed to be about entertainment. This game panders hard to group of people that will most likely not even play it. This game only allows you to make androgynous characters. It puts a large focus on leftist politics.
Politics do not have a place in games. We play games to get away from the real world and have fun. Games are not a place to self insert yourself. I have a real issue with that. I also have issues with this game including someone's self inserted fursona as pokemon like monster. Thats just really odd and should not be in the game. Lastly this game does take jabs at older pokemon players and those of us who enjoy anime.
This game could of been great. Yet like I said this game forces some leftist politics down your throat. You can not have a male or female character, You must have pronouns even though they do nothing to add to the game, Ugly characters, throws insults and jabs at an older fanbase.
I dont want nor need these things in a monster tamer/ creature collector game. I did my best to try to enjoy the demo. I kept my peace until the end. Which is what I did. -- Watch live at / dredd_bread
