Beat Saber is a beat-matching game involving lightsabers. You dual-wield light-sabers - one red and one blue. The goal is to strike cubes floating to the player, with the appropriate saber, in the indicated direction.

Along with cube-slicing comes mild-dodging, making sure to avoid head-contact with the glowing red obstacles that fly towards the player.

All of this makes for an excellent calisthenic workout.
