Some explanation:

Q: Is this a real guide?
A: *yesn't* It's highlight from my stream where I tested out how easy this run would be and it was too easy & too boring for me redo it without bonfires and give full details so yeh...

The whole run focus on the Pierce Earth ability on the Millwood greatbow so if you want a guide without glitches then you've come to the wrong place.

Q: builds?
A: Infinity. I am referring to (9) where after a boss, if I needed to, I respected.

Q: (4) & (5) h o w ?
A: Copied as much as I could on (4) but can't use wraith within and I suck so I used Chaos Bed instead on phase 2-3 on Gael and that only took me 10 attempts max. I recommend using (7) instead of (5) on friede.

Q: I don't get it.
A: Progress normally until you get to the chapel bonfire. Find Millwood Greatbow in the DLC and captain ashes.
Kill Dancer, consumed king, champion gundyr, cursed greatwood, dragonslayer armour, archdeagon, abyss watchers, old demon king, wolnir, pontiff, aldrich, yhorm, lothric, lord of cinder, and in that order.

These bosses are immune to Glitch earth:

Iudex gundyr (fights him before access to glitch earth)
Vordt (fights him before access to glitch earth)
Crystal Sage (fights him before access to glitch earth)

Wolnir (fight triggers if attacked)
Champion Gundyr (Host must enter before boss can take damage)
Dragonslayer Armour (Host must enter before boss can take damage)

Lotrhic Phase 2 (Host must enter to trigger phase 2)
Sister friede (Can be damaged but gets blown away making it impossible to track her)
Gravetender wolf (Host must enter to trigger doggo appearance)

Abyss watchers (Haven't found an angle to shoot him)
Nameless King (Host must enter to trigger boss)
Demon Prince (Host must enter to trigger boss)

Midir (Can't be Glitched Earth)
Gael (Host must enter to trigger boss)
Archdragon (Boss) (Host must enter to trigger boss)

Q: Host must enter?
A: If you use a summon, referring to (10), where a summon can kill your boss for you. It's allowed as long you or your phantom doesn't heal.

Only Demon Prince & Midir are complete immune to Glitch earth where in theory all other bosses aren't if coop tactic is used.

Talking about (10), You don't need to Glitch earth as a phantom, you can simply use pestilent, toxic, poison mist, once you've got the aggro on you.
