In this video I beat Skyrim but all the quests were completed in reverse order. This means I started with "Dragonslayer" and ended with "Unbound". I actually started with the mission "Sovngarde" because "Dragonslayer" and "Sovngarde" are both in Sovngarde. This was possible thanks to the Proteus mod (link below) and a script I wrote that cycled through all the quests in the main questline so I didn't have to manually type a bunch of console commands. This process was very flawed and janky but in the end it still gave me a final product (this YouTube video). I scrapped a lot of footage this time around because of how much troubleshooting there actually was.
