Every beatmania IIDX home version is able to detect pop'n music controllers and adjust the inputs accordingly, with the leftmost or rightmost buttons being the turntable depending on which controller port you use. Even beatmania US has this functionality. I decided to play with a pop'n music controller for the latter half of the stream just because it'd be unique. Somehow, it's listenable despite how loud that controller is in real life.
