the last non-IIDX beatmania game in the series, beatmania THE FINAL added practically every song from the game into this finale of proportions. with new modifiers, songs, challenges and the like, this was the final stand for the classic beatmania series.

i played on battle mode w/ hi-speed 1. certain songs can't be picked on battle mode, as seen by the yellow warning message that appears on song select. if chosen, the song plays as if it were a standard 2-player song (it's cooperative).
