The Blackmagic Design Speed Editor is a high quality piece of hardware to control DaVinci Resolve, but it comes with a steep price tag. With its nice large jog wheel and wealth of push buttons, the Behringer X Touch One DAW controller can be an interesting alternative at just €150,-. All we need is an app in between to translate MIDI messages to keyboard shortcuts. This can be done with either Autohotkey, Midikey2key, Midi2keypress, or Bome Midi Translator (Classic or Pro).

This video shows the use of the X Touch One in DaVinci. By the way, any other MIDI controller will do ... what ever you have lying around, you'll be able to get it to work. The next video will show how it's done.
