Belgian Overwatch and Heroes of the Storm Players can no longer buy Loot Boxes

In response to the findings made by the Belgian Gaming Commission in April of this year, Blizzard released an announcement stating that they were complying with Belgian law and players in that country will no longer be able to buy loot boxes or loot chests in Overwatch or Heroes of the Storm.
