Recently Belgium Stated that EA was facing a criminal investigation due to their refusal to comply with gambling regulations surrounding the FIFA 18 and the upcoming FIFA 19 Ultimate Team Mode card packs. EA also continues to maintain their stance that Loot Boxes are not gambling and stick to their moral compass of gouging their customers.
