In 2016 Ben and his family organised a combined duel 50th Birthday, 21st Birthday, 18th Birthday and 1st Wedding Aniversary party.
His exact words were:
"So, next year, I shall be 50 - and Sarah will be 50, and Jake will be 21, and Rhianna will be 18, and it'll be mine and Sarah's first wedding anniversary, and of course there's the little matter of "hey - looks like they cured me of cancer" - so we're planning on a bit of a party.
Well - more of a "huge fuck-off festival". Marquee, PA, stage, lights, camping for about 500, and all the bands that I've ever played with who are still alive and kicking on the bill - which obviously includes you chaps."
Since Ben's passing, I was sent this video (thanks Dan) to share and enjoy with everyone who knew this multi-talented piece of awesome. So please enjoy, and smile for everything this amazing person gave us all.
