Description:
Yuma Ilvern is imprisoned and experimented on by the Lombardian Empire because he's the vessel for the Shining Dragon's soul. The princess of Astoria busts him out and tries to recruit him to fight against the empire, but he's reluctant to use the dragon's destructive powers. The war is happening with or without him, so he may have no choice if he wants to protect his new friends.

The gathering points in this city respawn, so check them whenever you reenter the city.
There's an NPC who can make weather prediction.
Be sure to have the Neoseeker guide open when talking to party members, since there might be a dialogue choice to increase their affection. For some reason, these choices are timed. It's like they know people will try to look this up!
Captain Burroughs comes with news of a hunting contract, which Sonia decides to take on alone. However, Burroughs tells Yuma to join her in this contract and is rather pushy about it.
When the city refreshes, sometimes there will be additional conversations indicated by ellipses on the map.

As you fight, you'll probably get a lot of tutorials. There's an ambush/preemptive strike system, but it seems to be somewhat based on RNG.
Be sure to head east first, since there's some treasure there, but be careful about fighting the froggers. There's also a campfire where you can rest and do night events if the other character likes you enough.

The boss isn't too hard if you're at least level 8, but if you get unlucky, Yuma can lose control of his dragon form even at 80% MP. Apparently, it's tied to RNG rather than solely Yuma's remaining MP, which means it's possible to go berserk even at full MP, which is terrible. In future fights, it might be better to save dragonshift for when the boss is almost dead.
