Best Buy really crossed the line. Apparently, they are no longer doing proper returns on a ton of products even if it's their fault that the product is ruined. Also, I was treated pretty poorly at one of their locations recently. I definitely don't have much interest in shopping there again. That's why I'm going to review the store and my experience. I'm very interested to see if the angry Best Buy community gets upset about this one. Yeah... there's a Best Buy community. It's a real thing. #bestbuy #retail #review
