Best of Sidecars at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2018/2019 - Maria Costello, Tom Birchall, LCR-Honda
77In this Best of Sidecars video at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2018/2019, I filmed some of the best performances. Driving the competition sidecars, we find formidable drivers and champions such as Maria Costello and Kirsty Hauxwell on LCR-Kawasaki F2, Ben & Tom Birchall on LCR-Honda 600 and Philipp Moch on Kawasaki 1100. I always welcome the passage of these vehicles with enthusiasm with three wheels. The work of the co-pilot is essential to keep the vehicle in balance at all times, protrude into the curves with the body and weight to compensate for the centrifugal force of the masses. In races the co-pilot dance and lean out of the vehicle equipped with internal and external handles on the bodywork where to anchor. It's crazy motorsport, fascinating to see!

In questo video intitolato Best of Sidecars at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2018/2019 ho voluto racchiudere alcuni delle esibizioni migliori. A guidare i sidecars da competizione troviamo piloti e campioni formidabili come Maria Costello & Kirsty Hauxwell su LCR-Kawasaki F2, Ben & Tom Birchall su LCR-Honda 600 e Philipp Moch su Kawasaki 1100. Personalmente accolgo sempre con grande entusiasmo il passaggio di questi veicoli a 3 ruote, il lavoro del copilota è fondamentale per matenere sempre in equilibrio il mezzo. Deve quindi sporgesi all'interno delle curve con il suo corpo ed il peso in modo da compensare le masse e la forza centrifuga. Nelle gare lo si vede danzare e sporgersi dal veicolo, quest'ultimo dotato di maniglie interne ed esterne sulla carrozzeria dove ancorarsi. E' uno sport pazzesco, molto bello da vedere!
