Filename is MR_highway_ground_C.dat

Because of the guard rail textures being blocks, I believe this is possibly a late beta version of the track. Notably, both the Mario Highway and the Mario Beach track paths are gated off, I suspect those are objects that could be enabled or disabled as needed.

Through my current method (GC-Tool) I cannot replace any track with the model, because this model is larger than any other track model.

I viewed it with Smash Forge, which supports some of the models in this game. For some reason I couldn't get some of them to work, but this one does.

I haven't actually checked, but I believe this is yet another beta remnant leftover from GP 1, because GP 2 was built upon that game.
