So I actually didn't think I was going to like this game. A lot of these PSX styled horror games just don't end up being very good imo and I know that's not an opinion that everyone else shares but it is mine. So coming into this I expected not to like it but I was pleasantly surprised as I was really, really enjoying it. In fact I was actually LOVING it until....the enemy AI kicked in. There's a large section after you get captured where the enemy starts to chase you and...it's terrible. The enemy AI scripting is SO bad that he ALWAYS knows where you are. If you're five rooms away and you change direction - you can actually hear his footsteps change direction to follow you. It's insane - no AI should ever function this way. It's unfortunate because it made me frustrated enough to quit and probably never play it again. I hope it gets a patch but I'm thinking that's probably never gonna happen.
