This is the second bonus battle dungeon for the A Worthy Foe (V) event. the Barriers don't have a lot of health, so you can AoE them down. However, make sure you slow one and reduce one's magic before you kill them. Once Necrophobe becomes vulnerable, he will try to blind your party. I recommend bringing Esuna/Blindga, so you won't loose a target score if he blinds your support (I made this mistake the first run I did x.x). After that just burn him down with everything you have.
