This is the Cid Mission for the Fatal Commitment (Ultimate +) fight. Cid's first three turns will be Doom, Shell and Protect, so you will have plenty of time to get your buffs up. He can auto attack you (up to four hits), but he rarely does this, instead using mainly magic attacks. The main thing to look out for in this fight is his Seraphic Ray which he will use at 40% and dispels your party (it doesn't remove offensive buffs like Powerchain's however). The other thing to look out for is Dazega, which can put your party to sleep. Luckily he doesn't use this very often. Other than that just make sure to keep him dispelled, and burn him before Doom runs out.
