Beyond Good and Evil Part 20: The Real Search Begins
0So, after realizing that I never got any intel from this section of the map, I had to run back in to take a picture of the Domz’s Sarcophagi that were just hiding out in the back of the last room that I missed for some stupid reason (I think there was a zoom-in on them when we entered the room in the first place which makes me feel even stupider). The majority of this video though is dedicated in my trying to figure out where the hell I’m supposed to go. I thought about cutting it all out but I did want to ramble about the fact that this game gives you very little detail on where to go. Part of me does like the fact that this game doesn’t hold my hand through the levels so, when I do complete them or figure something out, I feel smarter that I am. That being said, it usual takes me quite some time to figure that out though as you will see with one of the entrances (I mentioned this already, but there is a section you can climb but it all looks like background stuff-things I can’t interact with- so that it took some time for me to realize “oh, hey, what if I climbed these pipes that are scattered here”). They do show you were your supposed to go via the map which definitely does help but, as you can tell, it didn’t help all too much. I think the most frustrating part is knowing where to go but not how to get there.
