Frame rate wise the PS2 is capped at 30 FPS does dip under with screen tearing at times. Gamecube and Xbox run with an unlocked framerate and run mostly in the 40-60 FPS range, Xbox hits 60 more often. Xbox 360 is a pretty much solid 60 FPS.
