You speak with the drifter Eris Morn and the exo stranger I mean Elsie Bray who Peer pressure you into learning how to use Stasis and going *beyond light anyways you need to put a stop to Eramis and her plans to build a new home for the Eliksni and prevent here from using the darkness I guess anyways she gets corrupted by the witness and tries opening a vex portal you try to stop that then you fight eramis she freezes you and you unlock stasis defeat her and the witness locks her in ice to gain her loyalty.
