The random soldier yells your soldier does when putting down a medpack ect. constantly gives away your position without you being responsible.
It's a problem and doesn't work on a competitive level in my opinion. Sure it adds to the immersion and sounds awesome.
I think the yells should stay but make it so you only hear freindly voices.
